When will people learn that the complaint station message boards are not the spot to submit complaints? It's a different area of the website! A DIFFERENT AREA!

Ugetheard is also a website desgined to facillitate complaints to the powers that be. Like the Complaint Station, they have a shared stories area that does not get sent to the company. Half the board posters don't realize that.
